Many of the materials
used in building
the cottages were
hewn, milled,
or extracted from
the property itself.
Like the surrounding
forest, they rose
from the ingredients
of the estate’s
earth and reflect
its peace and
serenity.
The Alder, Birch,
Cedar and Hemlock
Cottages are all
waterfront properties.
The Maple cottage
is nestled further
back in the woods
with an ocean
view. The rocky
beach is beautiful
and fun to explore.
Pull out your
kayak and sail
around the gulf
islands. Keep
your eyes peeled
for killer whales,
sea otters and
other water creatures.
Enjoy the heated
18 x 42 swimming
pool, communal
gazebo, children’s
play area, hobby
farm and other
island activities.
You can even purchase
fresh eggs and
veggies when they’re
in season. If
you’d like
to investigate
the gulf islands
by water, you
can rent the 14
foot aluminum
motor boat available
at The Timbers
dock.
